To make Mango Desert, ripe sweet mangoes are needed which come in the summer season, hence this dessert is made in the summer. In this recipe, milk, custard powder, sugar and dry fruits are added along with mango, which makes it very tasty.
Let’s see Mango Desert –
Put the milk on full flame; when it boils, reduce the flame of the gas and while stirring the milk, add sugar, vermicelli and custard powder (mix the custard powder in water or milk in a small bowl) and keep stirring. After it thickens, add fried dry fruits (fry chopped cashews and almonds in one spoon of desi ghee for 2 to 3 minutes).
After cooking for 8 to 10 minutes, when the milk thickens, turn off the gas and add mango pulp (cut the mango and grind it in a mixer grinder ) and mix it well.
After it cools down, add mango cut into small pieces and keep it in the fridge for 1 to 2 hours.
Delicious Mango Dessert is ready

- Mango 2 (1 pulp + 1 cut into small pieces)
- Milk 500 grams
- Savaiya 1/4 cup
- Custard powder 2 tbsp
- sugar as per taste
- Dry Fruits (Fried )
- Desi ghee 1 tsp
