Eid Special Sheer Khurma, without which Eid is incomplete, Sheer Khurma is made in everyone’s homes on the day of Eid. This dish is made differently in every household. Milk, Savaiya, sugar and dry fruits are added to it.
Let’s see Eid Special Sheer Khurma –
Soak the Basmati rice for 10 minutes, add one tablespoon water and grind it in the mixer grinder. Soak the Basmati rice for 10 minutes only so that the rice gets ground coarsely.
Put the milk to boil in the pot. After boiling, reduce the flame of the gas. Now add the ground rice and keep stirring. After cooking for 15 to 20 minutes, add sugar.
Add the finely chopped savaiya with your hands and let it cook on low flame for another 20 to 25 minutes. Cook it according to the amount of decoction you want to prepare.
Cut the dry fruits and fry them in 1 tsp Desi Ghee and add them to the sherbet and also add kewda.
