Mango Pudding
Mango Pudding is a very easy to make dessert. People often make this easy recipe during the mango season.
Let’s see Mango Pudding recipe –
Peel the mango and separate its pulp or grind it into small pieces. Grind milk, mango pieces and sugar to make a paste.
Put mango paste in the pan and cook on low flame. Mix corn flour and milk in a small bowl and put it in the pan. Let it cook for 4 to 5 minutes while stirring on low flame .
Put sugar and water in a pan and cook until the colour changes.
First pour caramel in the bowl, then cool it and add pudding on top and keep it in the fridge for 2 to 3 hours. Take it out and turn the bowl upside down on a plate and add garnishing of your choice on top.
Mango Pudding
Ingredient –
- Mango 2
- 4 teaspoons sugar
- Milk 4 tsp
- Corn flour 1 tsp + 1 tsp milk
For the caramel-
- Sugar 2 tsp
- Water 1 tsp
