Let’s see the recipe of Moong Dal Ki Khichdi
Wash and soak moong dal and rice 1 hour in advance, put dal, rice and salt in the cooker , pour water till the top, water should be 2 inches above the rice.
Put the lid of the cooker on and after one whistle let it cook for 8 to 10 minutes on low flame, then turn off the gas, after the gas of the cooker is released, open it and check it. If you want to make the Khichdi more thin then add half a cup of water and mix it. Brown the onions in Desi Ghee , pour this tempering into the Khichdi and enjoy hot Khichdi.
