Fish Curry is a very tasty dish. We can make it in many ways. Non-veg lovers like to eat fish besides mutton and chicken.

When the oil is hot, add finely chopped onions to it. When it turns light brown, take it out of the oil. When it cools down, put it in the mixer grinder and make a paste.
Grind onion and green chillies too. Make a paste by mixing ginger-garlic paste, salt, turmeric, red chilli powder, coriander powder, cumin seeds and curd in the ground onion and green chillies.
Put oil in the same pan in which you browned the onions, add the spice paste as well and fry for 8 to 10 minutes. Now add the brown onion paste and fry for another 8 to 10 minutes on low flame. If water is required, add a little water so that the masala does not burn.
Once the masala is roasted, add the washed and cleaned fish, add some water, cover and let it cook on low flame for 7 to 8 minutes, add green coriander and serve.
