Chuare Ka Halwa is a tasty and traditional halwa which is made in the winter season. Due to the presence of iron, fiber and vitamins in it, this halwa is considered beneficial in the winter season.
Let’s see the recipe of Chuare Ka Halwa –
Remove the seeds of dates and break them into pieces. Put the chopped dates and water (keep the water upto the top of the dates) in the cooker and put the whistle on. After one whistle, reduce the flame and let it whistle for 5 to 6 times.
After the gas of the cooker comes out, add milk little by little on low flame.
Keep adding milk little by little, do not add all the milk at once, cook on low flame while stirring it. If you want you can add sugar as per taste, even if you do not add sugar the halwa will still be sweet because dates have their own sweetness.
Now put desi ghee in it and fry it on low flame while stirring it. When the ghee starts becoming visible, add dry fruits (dry fruits are optional).
