Chikoo Banana Shake

Peel and cut sapota and banana and remove the seed of dates .

Put dates, sapota, banana and milk in the mixer grinder and grind it.

Ingredients –

  • Milk 1 glass
  • Dates 6 to 7
  • Chikoo 1
  • Banana 1
