Sewaiya Recipe: Grind the savaiya finely with your hands, take desi ghee in a pan or a wok and fry the savaiya on low flame for 1 to 2 minutes.

Add sugar and milk and mix (add milk little by little, do not add too much otherwise the savaiya will not turn out well) cook for 3 to 4 minutes while mixing well. Serve by adding dry fruits on top.

Ingredients –

  • Savaiya 200 grams 
  • sugar to taste 
  • Milk 100 grams (add more milk if you want it softer)
  • Desi Dhee
