To make Tandoori samosa recipe, cut the chicken into small pieces, add curd, ginger garlic paste, salt, lemon juice, food colour, tandoori masala , mix it well and keep it for half an hour. If you do not have time then make it like this.

Take oil in a pan , add chopped garlic and stir for a few seconds, then add marinated chicken and mix it well while stirring for 2 minutes, cover and cook on low flame for 2 minutes so that the chicken melts, if there is water in the chicken then dry it on full flame while stirring.

Once the chicken is cooked, add finely chopped onion, finely chopped capsicum and remaining chopped coriander leaves and cook for 3-4 minutes. Once it cools down, add mozzarella cheese and mix.

Mix some water and flour to make a thick paste (slurry). Now make samosas and pack them.

Now when the oil is hot in the pan, add the samosas one by one and remove them when they turn light brown. Serve with sauce or chutney.

Ingredients –

  • Boneless Chicken 500 grams
  • 1 tsp finely chopped garlic
  • 2 tablespoons of yogurt
  • Ginger garlic paste 1 tsp
  • Lemon 2 tsp
  • Tandoori Masala 3 tsp
  • 1 medium sized onion finely chopped
  • 1 medium sized capsicum finely chopped
  • Green coriander
  • Samosa Sheets
  • Oil
  • For the slurry (1 tsp flour, 3 tsp water)
  • salt to taste
  • Food color 1/4 tsp
