Aalu ke bhajiya

Let’s see how to make Aalu ke Bhajiya –
Peel the potatoes and slice them thinly, make a paste of salt, chili, turmeric, a pinch of baking soda and green coriander in gram flour, the paste should not be too thin or too thick.
Heat the oil in a pan, dip the potato slices in the gram flour and put them in the oil with a light hand, as soon as the color starts to change, take them out of the oil. Serve with hot tea along with tamarind chutney or sauce. Taste doubles.

- Gram flour 100 grams
