Let’s see Rice Kheer Recipe –

Soak the raw rice one hour before, if you are taking basmati rice, then soak it 2 to 3 hours before, heat the milk and keep it, when it comes to boil, reduce the flame of the gas and let the milk cook.

Now put rice in milk and keep stirring while adding rice so that there are no lumps in the milk while stirring on a low flame cook till the milk thickens, keep the milk on the bottom, otherwise the smell of burning will come from the milk and the milk will not come out of the bowl. Keep these things in mind while making kheer.

When the kheer becomes thick, add saffron (this is optional), now turn off the gas and add sugar, if you want to add kewra then add it, after it cools down, take it out in a bowl and decorate it with dry fruits.

  • milk 1kg
  • Rice 50 grams
  • Sugar 100 grams (more or less as sweet as you want)
  • Kewda 2 to 3 tsp
  • Pistachio
  • Cashew
  • Almond
  • ground copra
  • Saffron
