It is rainy season and someone brings hot Pakode in front and keeps it with tea, then what to say. This is such a name which is made easily and anytime in every home, children and adults, this is the favorite snack of all and with the choice of chutney, its test increases even more. With this tamarind chutney, mint chutney and garlic chutney, these spinach onion fritters taste great with all kinds of chutneys, some people like to eat this with tomato chutney or sauce.
If you want to make something quick and good for sudden guests, then this is the best option. If the weather is light cold or rain, then serve hot Bhajiya made in this way in front of the guests with tea. According to their dialect, some people call Bhajiya, some call it Pakoda.
The taste that this desi dish gives is not even in today’s pizza burger, people eat pizza burger for hobby, but when the weather is pleasant, it is mild cold or there is heavy rain, then only pakoras and tea are remembered.
Let’s see how to make Pakode-
Wash onions and spinach well and chop them. If you want, you can also add finely chopped green chilies to it.
Mix gram flour, salt, red chili powder, a little water in onion and spinach and mix them all, don’t add too much water, otherwise the batter will become thin. When the oil is hot, put a little paste and check that the oil is not raw, otherwise the pakoras will not be good and no, the oil should be very hot, otherwise the pakoras will burn, which will not taste good at all.
When the oil is hot, pour the mix paste little by little in the pan, after a few minutes, turn the pakodi so that it gets roasted from both the sides, when light golden color appears, take them out one by one. Now serve with your favorite chutney or sauce.
