Pasta Masala
Italian food pasta has become a part of Indian food today. Pasta masala is the favorite food of children, there is no room for children’s happiness when they get pasta in breakfast. Pasta is easily available everywhere, whether it is street food or restaurant. It is made in different ways but Masala Pasta can be made very easily or say in minutes and it is also very tasty to eat.
Let’s see the recipe for making Pasta Masala –
Heat water in a vessel, when the water becomes hot, add pasta, cook it for 7 to 8 minutes, when it becomes soft, put it in a strainer and drain all the water.
When the oil is hot in the pan, fry the chopped onion, when it becomes light brown, add tomato, turmeric, coriander, salt, red chili powder, ginger garlic paste, pasta masala and cumin and fry all these spices.
When the tomatoes melt and the spices are roasted, add boiled pasta and mix well, add mayonnaise and tomato sauce, mix well, add green coriander and flavor it.
Masala Pasta Ingredient –
- Pasta 200 grams
- Tomato 2 normal size
- onion 1
- Cumin 1/2 tsp
- salt as per taste
- Turmeric 1/4 tsp
- Red chili powder 1 tsp
- Coriander powder 2 tsp
- Pasta masala 2 tsp
- Ginger garlic paste 2 tsp
- Tomato sauce 3 tsp
- Mayonnaise 3 tsp
- green coriander
- Oil
