Pyaz ki Chutni
Chutney completes the Indian food and if (onion chutney ) pyaz ki chutni is accompanied with food then the hunger doubles. Try this type of onion and tomato chutney once, you will make it again and again and eat this chutney. Eat it with rice, paratha, roti and vegetables and feed it to your family members.
Let’s see Pyaaz ki Chatni Recipe –
Chop onion, tomato and green chillies, heat one tablespoon oil in a pan, add cumin seeds and onion and turn it pink brown (not dark brown).
Add tomatoes and cook on low flame until tomatoes melt. Add salt and turmeric and let it cook for 3 to 4 minutes. Now add green chillies cut from the middle. Cook for 6 to 7 minutes. Keep the flame low. Do not add water, keep stirring in between, add green coriander at the end.

- Onion 3 large
- Tomato 4 normal
- Green chilli 5 to 6
- salt as per taste
- turmeric 1/2 tsp
- cumin 1/2 tsp
- oil 1 tbsp
