It tastes great whether it’s chicken or mutton. You can prepare this biryani for any occasion, whether it’s a celebration or a home gathering. Making the recipe will earn you praise.
Let’s see Hyderabadi Chicken Biryani recipe –
Onion, tomato, curd, ginger, garlic, salt, turmeric, red chili powder, cumin, coriander powder, and one spoon of oil should all be added to the cooker. After combining all of the spices, add a spoonful of water, and whistle. Cook for 7 to 8 minutes on a low flame.
Fry the spices thoroughly when the cooker’s gas runs out. Add the chicken, biryani masala (Everest’s royal biryani masala), and crushed fried onions (finely chop the onions in a slicer) once the onions and tomatoes have melted. When the oil in a pan or bowl is hot, add the onions and fry them until they turn brown. Remove the onions from the oil and store them in the refrigerator.
The onions get crisp by doing this. Use a blender grinder to ground the onion if it is not crisp. Mix after adding it. Add mint that has been finely chopped once the chicken has melted. Make the masala thick by completely drying the masala’s water.
Cumin seeds are added to a dish of hot oil. Rice and water are added when the cumin seeds start to crackle. Cook the rice over a full burner while keeping it covered in water. Keep the rice simmering for 10 minutes when just 30% of the water is left. 30% of the boiling rice should be placed in a large bowl together with all the spices. Spread the additional 60% of the rice on top. 10% of the rice should be colored lemon yellow; combine, and set aside. Continue adding this rice in little amounts when serving biryani.
Alternately, sprinkle the masala with the remaining 30% of the rice and color it lemon yellow with half a tiny cup of water before pouring it on top. Now sauté the onion in oil in a fry pan while also adding this tadka and long-chopped green chilies. Add to the rice. The delicious Hyderabadi Chicken Biryani is prepared.
