It is very easy to make Kaddu Gosht Recipe. You can make this recipe in very less time with the ingredients available at home. You can eat it with roti, chapatti, but this recipe tastes very tasty with rice also.

In the cooker , mix meat, onion, tomato or curd (both if you have), ginger garlic paste, salt, cumin, turmeric, red chilli powder, coriander powder, garam masala and oil and cook the meat. When the gas in the cooker goes out, fry it well. Keep stirring the spoon in between until the onion and tomato melt. Once the spices are roasted well, check that the meat has not melted.
Peel the pumpkin, cut it into 2 to 3 inch pieces, wash them, add 2 cups of water to the roasted spices and cook for 2 whistles. When the gas comes out, open the cooker and break the pumpkin with a spoon (if you want to keep the pieces like this) So do not break) and let it cook on low flame for 5 to 7 minutes. Add green coriander before serving.
