Mooli Ki Sabji
Mooli Ki Sabji is made in many ways, some people make it in gravy and some like to make it dry. In the winter season, fresh and green radish with leaves are available. Eating radish has many benefits but it is also very bad in taste. It tastes good. Among my favorite vegetables, radish vegetable is also there which I like very much.

Cut the radishes and wash them well. Cut the radish leaves as well. Put the washed vegetables in the cooker and whistle. Do not add water. On full flame, after one whistle, reduce the flame and cook for 5 to 6 whistles so that the vegetables are cooked. Let it melt well. Open the cooker , cool the vegetable and take a small amount of vegetable in both the hands and squeeze it well. Squeeze out all the water from the vegetable.
Put the chopped onions in hot oil and brown them lightly. In a small bowl, add ginger, garlic paste, salt, red chili powder, turmeric, cumin and make a paste of all these spices. When the onions become light brown, add the spice paste and 5 Fry for 6 minutes, add some water if needed. Now add boiled vegetables and chopped green chillies and cook on low flame. Do not add water. Let it cook on low flame for 8 to 10 minutes. Keep stirring in between so that the vegetables get burnt. No |
