Let us see how to make Sarso ka Saag –

 

 

 

Remove the thick stalks from mustard, spinach and bathua, leave the leaves and fine stalks, wash them thoroughly, chop them finely, put them in the cooker, add chopped tomatoes, onion, ginger, garlic cloves, salt, green chillies, gram flour, turmeric and half a cup Add water to all this, mix it with a spoon, cover the cooker with lid and let it cook for 2 whistles.

 

 

 

After the gas comes out of the  cooker, cool it and grind it in the mixer grinder. In the pan, Desi Ghee Take onion, finely chopped garlic, whole red chilli and cumin and when all these become light brown, add crushed spinach.

 

 

 

Tasty and easy Sarson Ka Saag is ready.

Sarso ka Saag Ingredients –

  • Mustard greens 500 grams
  • Spinach 100 grams
  • Batua greens 100 grams
  • Ginger 1 inch chopped
  • 8 to 10 cloves of garlic
  • salt as per taste
  • turmeric 1/4 tsp
  • Green chilli 5 to 6
  • onion 1
  • Tomato 2
  • Gram flour 2 teaspoons

for tempering

  • Desi Ghee
  • chopped onion half
  • Garlic finely chopped 6 to 7 cloves
  • cumin 1/2 tsp
  • Dry red chilli 3 to 4
