     Chinese Food It doubles, children like noodles very much, we have made this recipe by mixing noodles, rice, chicken, eggs and vegetables, which is healthy as well as tasty.

This recipe requires a little effort but is so tasty that after eating it once, everyone requests to eat it again and again.

Let us see how to make Chinese food –

 

 

 

Grind the chicken into small (one inch) pieces, put them in a strainer, drain the water, put the chicken in a bowl, add corn flour, red chilli powder and salt, marinate it for some time, add one spoon oil in a pan. Add marinated chicken and cook on full flame for 2 to 3 minutes while stirring.

Now reduce the flame and cook for 2 to 3 minutes until the chicken becomes soft.

 

 

 

When the water is hot in a bowl, put the noodles. When it becomes soft, put it in a strainer and squeeze out the water. When the oil in the pan is hot, fry 1/4 part of the boiled noodles in the oil. Once it cools down, crush it with your hands. Boil Basmati rice after soaking it for 2 hours, beat eggs and keep it aside.

 

 

 

Finely chop and separate both the white and green parts of green onion, also finely chop carrot, capsicum, cabbage, ginger and garlic. In a small bowl, mix soya sauce, vinegar,

or Schezwan chutney, and tomato ketchup. and keep aside.Mix the sauce

Now take oil in a bowl, add finely chopped ginger and garlic and cook while stirring for 2 minutes. Now add the white part of onion, after 1 to 2 minutes add carrot and capsicum and cook for 2 minutes, after that add cabbage, ginger garlic paste and eggs, keep stirring for 2 to 3 minutes. Now add the prepared mixed sauce. Give and mix well, keep the gas flame on full, add vegetables and sauce only on full flame, do not cook the vegetables, just remove a little rawness.

 

 

 

Now add boiled rice, boiled noodles, chicken, salt, black pepper powder and green part of onion to these vegetables and mix. Do not stir the rice too much otherwise the rice and noodles will break. Hold the bowl with a cloth and stir gently. Mix all the things after tossing. Before serving, add fried noodles on top, this doubles the taste.

Chinese Food Ingredients –

  • Rice – 150 grams
  • Noodals- 150 grams

Chicken Marinate –

  • Chicken – 200 grams
  • Red chilli powder – 1/2 tsp
  • Salt as per taste –
  • Corn flour – 1 tsp

 mix sauce –

  • Shezwan sauce or Shezwan sauce 2 tbsp
  • Soy sauce 1/2 tsp
  • White vinegar 2 teaspoons
  • 1 tsp tomato ketchup

Vegetables –

  • Ginger 1 inch piece finely chopped
  • 8 to 10 cloves of garlic finely chopped
  •  Green Onions 100 grams (white part)
  • Capsicum 1/2 Capsicum
  • Cabbage 1/2 cup
  • Carrot 1/2 cup
  • black pepper powder 1/2 tsp
  • salt as per taste
  • Ginger garlic paste 2 tsp
  • eggs 2
  • Oil
