Russian Cutlet
Russian Cutlet is a Russian dish which we especially like to make in Ramadan. However, it can be prepared and eaten any time, but the fun of eating it in Ramadan is different. Do not eat anything during fasting for the whole day and get hot food in the evening. So enjoy, this is a tasty Russian dish which is very easy to make, it is liked by everyone from children to adults, it can be made in both veg and non-veg ways. We will make it in a novel way by adding chicken to it.
Let’s see Russian Cutlet
Clean and wash the boneless chicken, add chicken, ginger garlic paste, salt, black pepper powder and half a cup of water to the cooker and cook for one whistle. When it cools down, separate the chicken fibers with your hands and drain off the remaining water.
Finely chop the French beans and capsicum, crush the carrots (grate the pumpkin). Take 2 spoons of oil in a pan, add the vegetables and fry for 2 minutes. Add 2 spoons of flour and fry for 2 to 3 minutes. Add the remaining water from the chicken. If there is no water left from the chicken, add 1/2 small cup of milk and stir well.
Now add shredded chicken, finely chopped onion and boiled potatoes and mix it. Add salt, red chilli powder, crushed red chilli and black pepper powder and stir well.
Beat eggs, black pepper powder and salt in a bowl and grind the vermicelli finely with hands.
Make patties in whatever shape you want, first dip the patties in egg and then coat them well in savaio. If you want, you can also store the patties here. Make the patties and freeze them in a tray for some time when the patties become tight. Then keep them in a zip bag and store them. When you feel like eating, take them out some time before and fry them.
When the oil in the pan is hot, fry them one by one.
Russian Cutlet Ingredient –

- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp black pepper powder (while boiling chicken)
- Ginger garlic paste 1 tsp
- French Beans 1/2 cup
- Carrot 1/2 cup
- Capsicum 1/2 cup
- flour 4 teaspoons
- Onion 1 finely chopped
- Potatoes 2 boiled
- salt as per taste
- Red chilli powder 1/2 tsp
- Chilli Flakes 1/2 tsp
- Black pepper powder 1/2 tsp (for cooking vegetables)
