Wash the boneless chicken and cut it into 1 to 1.5 inch pieces. Add ginger garlic paste, salt, egg, red chili powder, cumin powder, food color, coriander powder, lemon, chaat masala, tandoori chicken masala and fry for some time. Marinate it.

Finely chop the samosa pieces and coat the chicken pieces in it thoroughly and press gently with your hands to give it a round shape.

If you want, you can also freeze it at this stage. Just freeze it in a plate for some time , when it becomes tight, take it out and store it in a zip lock bag or air tight container, whenever you feel like frying something. Take it out sooner.

When oil is heated in a pan, add chicken threads one by one and fry until light brown. Do not heat the oil too much, otherwise the chicken will not be cooked properly from inside. Take it out when it becomes light brown and enjoy it with sauce.
