Pav Bhaji Recipe
Pav bhaji Recipe is a famous street food of Mumbai, this recipe is liked by everyone from children to adults. Bhaji is made by mixing many vegetables with spices and the pav is cut from the middle and cooked with butter on the pan. Which enhances its taste and is served with onion and lemon.
Let’s see Pav Bhaji Recipe –
Wash and cut cabbage, carrots, potatoes, capsicum, peel peas (you can take whatever vegetables you like), add some water to these vegetables in the cooker and cook for 2 to 3 whistles. Add one tablespoon oil in the pan. Add butter and cumin seeds.
Now add onion and fry for 3 to 4 minutes. Add chopped tomatoes. After cooking for some time, add coriander powder, chilli powder, turmeric and pav bhaji masala. Also add one spoon of water so that the spices do not burn.
Now add boiled vegetables to the masala.
With the help of a potato masher, grind the vegetables evenly. Add the water left at the time of boiling the vegetables and mix them. If there is no left then add water as required and stir well. Let it cook for 5 to 6 minutes. Add lemon and green coriander. Serve.
Cut the pav from the middle and apply butter or ghee on both the sides and roast it on the pan. Enjoy eating with finely chopped onion and lemon.
