Take a big spoon of oil in a pan and fry the onion, after 2 minutes add ginger, garlic clove (peeled), green chilli (thick) and green coriander and fry for 2 to 3 minutes. After it cools down, grind it in a mixer grinder.
Take 3 to 4 tbsp oil and 2 tbsp butter in a pan , add cloves, cardamom and black pepper. After stirring for a few seconds, add ground spices, black pepper powder, cumin powder, coriander powder and salt and fry well. 10 After 12 minutes, add curd and mincemeat, mix well and cook for 5 to 6 minutes.
