Aloo Bharta Recipe
Aloo Bharta Recipe is a delicious dish made in Indian kitchen which is made by boiling and mashing potatoes with spices. The taste and aroma of curry leaves is very nice in this recipe. It can be eaten with roti, paratha, naan or rice. Its potato parathas are also very tasty.
Let’s see Aloo Bharta Recipe –
Boil the potatoes, peel them and mash them using a potato masher . Take salt, ginger-garlic paste, turmeric powder, coriander powder, red chilli powder and cumin seeds in a small bowl.
Take oil in a pan and add mustard seeds. When they crackle, add finely chopped onions and stir till they turn pink. Add tomatoes, curry leaves and spices. Also add a tablespoon of water. Reduce the flame of the gas and fry the spices.
Once the masala is fried and the tomatoes melt, add mashed potatoes and chopped green chillies, add 2 to 3 tablespoons of water and cook on low flame for 8 to 10 minutes.
Delicious potato stuffing is ready, serve it with green coriander.
