Achari Keema Recipe

After washing the mince thoroughly, put onion, tomato, red chili powder, coriander powder, salt, turmeric, mustard oil in the cooker, mix all these spices and apply 3 to 4 whistles, when the gas comes out of the cooker, ginger garlic paste, fenugreek Fry well after adding mustard seeds, fennel seeds, fennel seeds.
After the minced meat is well roasted, cut the green chilies from the middle and take out its seeds. Now add chaat fruit masala and lemon juice inside the green chilies and fill it little by little, if you do not want to add lemon. - mince 1 kg

- salt as per taste
- Turmeric 1/4 tsp
- Coriander powder 1 tsp
- Red chili powder 1 tsp
- Ginger garlic paste 2 tsp
- Saunf 1 tsp
- Fenugreek seeds 1 tsp
- Kalonji 1 tsp
- Mustard seeds 1 tsp
- Green chili 5 to 6
- half a lemon
- Chaat fruit masala 1 tsp (more or less as you want)
