Aloo Gosht Recipe
Aloo Gosht is one of the easiest recipes in India which can be prepared very quickly. Let’s see Aloo Gosht Recipe –
Clean the meat and wash it well, add oil, meat, onion, tomato, ginger garlic paste, cumin, coriander powder, red chilli powder, salt in the cooker, mix all these well and also add one spoon of water. |
Whistle until the meat is cooked, check the meat when the gas comes out of the cooker , drain the water while stirring on full flame and fry the spices thoroughly.
When oil appears in the masala, add water and potatoes. Add more or less water as per your wish and close the lid of the cooker and cook for 2 whistles.
When the gas in the cooker goes out, add long chopped green chillies and cook for 2 minutes on full flame, add green coriander before serving.
