Chop onion and tomato, coriander powder, red chilli powder, salt, turmeric, cumin, put all these spices in the cooker , add oil and a cup of water and cook on full flame for one whistle. After one whistle reduce the flame and cook for 4 minutes. Let it take 5 whistles.
After the gas comes out of the cooker , open the lid and add ginger garlic paste and fry the spices. Once the tomatoes and onions dissolve well, add chopped potatoes, peas and water and whistle for 2 to 3 whistles.
Delicious potato pea curry is ready, add green coriander before serving.
