Eggs are made in many ways like – Omelet, Egg Bhurji, Egg Keema or Anda Kari or Egg Salan. By the way, eggs can be made very easily, but it takes a little more time to make egg curry, after making it the curry looks very tasty.

Let’s see how to make Anda Kari –
Boil the eggs, peel them and grind them into small pieces, separate the yolk (yellow part), if you want, do not break the eggs, you can also keep them intact.
Cut big pieces of onion and make a paste.
Make a paste of tomato, garlic, coriander, green chilies.
Take oil in a bowl and add curry leaves, now add onion paste and heat it on a low flame and fry till it becomes light pink in color.
When the onion turns pink, add tomato, green coriander, green chili garlic paste and fry for 5 to 7 minutes, after roasting, add ginger garlic paste, turmeric, red chili powder, coriander powder and salt and stir and add a little water. Let it roast, if you want, you can also add egg masala and chicken masala, this will increase the test.
After the masala is roasted well, add the egg white pieces and add water (you can add water according to your choice, as much gravy as you want to keep) when it boils, add yellow yolk, add green coriander and serve.
