Aslam Chicken Ingredients-
- Chicken 1 kg
- Garam masala 1 tsp
- Chaat masala 1 tsp
- Curd 100 grams (drained)
- Curd and cream 400 grams (200-200 )
- Amul Butter 100 grams
- Salt as per taste
- Cumin Roasted Kuta 1 tsp
- Ginger garlic paste 2 tsp
- One big onion grated

Chicken ground onion, ginger garlic paste, salt, garam masala, chaat masala, drained curd, melted butter 2 spoons.
Wash the chicken and drain the water well, mix all these spices well and keep it in the fridge for at least an hour before cooking. The longer the chicken marinates, the more the test will increase.
Put ghee or oil on a pan or griddle and add some butter to it and heat it so much that as soon as the pieces of chicken are put, brown marks appear on them. Keep in mind that browning the pieces of chicken should not burn them.
When those marks appear, reduce the flame so that the chicken gets cooked well, do not add water at all, now check the chicken, if there is a lack of melting, then cook it for some time.
