Clean the chicken, wash it thoroughly and keep it in a strainer so that the water drains out. Put the drained curd in a bowl (take out the water by hanging the curd in a cloth or put it in a strainer), salt, red chili powder, ginger, garlic. Mix all these spices, chaat fruit masala, roasted cumin seeds, black salt, tikka masala and add it to the chicken masala and marinate it for half an hour.
Heat oil in a nonstick pan and add butter. Heat it so much that brown marks appear on the chicken. Now turn the chicken. When marks appear on both sides, reduce the flame. Do not add water. Add the remaining marination spices and cover the middle – Keep stirring in between so that the chicken does not burn.
Grill the chicken from both sides with the help of a grill net .
Mix curd and cream, grind mint, green coriander, green chilli and salt and make chutney. Mix in curd and cream.
