Wash big green chillies and take out the core from inside (if you like to eat more chillies then do not remove the seeds), for filling inside mix salt, ground cumin, coriander and lemon.
With the help of a spoon or hands, fill the masala in the center of the chilli. Put oil in the pan or frying pan and put the chillies one by one. Turn them after a few minutes. When they become light brown from both the sides, turn off the gas and take them off the pan.
