Wash lady finger and chop it, add cumin seeds when the oil is hot in a pan, cut 15 to 16 garlic buds and fry them, when they turn light pink, add finely chopped onions and fry the onions in the pan for 3 to 4 minutes.
Fry 8 to 9 whole red chilies, crush them when they cool down, add crushed chilies, turmeric and lady finger to the onions and keep on stirring.
When the lady finger melts, add dry coriander and mix well, add salt at the end and stir well. Tasty recipe is ready.

lady finger 1 kg
Onion 4 finely chopped
Garlic 15 to 16 long cut
Cumin ½ tsp
Whole red chilies 8 to 9
salt as per taste
Turmeric ½ tsp
Coriander 2 tsp
Oil
