Chicken 65 Masala
There are many ways to make Chicken 65 Masala. This recipe looks delicious made in any way. It is as delicious to eat as it is to make it. It is very easy to make. It is served as a starter on occasions like parties, weddings and festivals. In this recipe, the chicken is marinated for some time and then deep fried, put in a separate sauce and cooked for a few minutes.
Let’s see Chicken 65 Masala –
Cut the boneless chicken into one to one and a half inch pieces, wash them thoroughly and then add ginger garlic paste, salt, turmeric, black pepper powder, Kashmiri red chilli powder, food colour, (red orange food colour) lemon juice, egg. Add corn flour, all purpose flour and mix well and keep aside for some time.
When the oil is medium hot, add the chicken pieces one by one. Do not heat the oil too much, otherwise the chicken will burn from above and remain raw from inside.
When it is fried on both sides, take it out of the oil .
Separately, take 2 to 3 teaspoons of oil in a pan, add soya sauce , tomato sauce, chilli sauce or Schezwan sauce (both of which you have) and stir for 1 minute. Now add fried chicken and mix well.
When mixed well, turn off the gas.

- Chicken 500 grams
- Ginger garlic paste 2 tsp
- Kashmiri red chilli powder 1 tsp
- salt as per taste
- Black pepper powder 1 tsp
- Turmeric 1/4 tsp
- Tomato sauce 2 tsp
- egg 1
- Corn flour 2 tsp
- Flour 4 tsp
- Food color 1/4 tsp
- Soy sauce 2 tsp
- Chilli sauce or Schezwan sauce 2 tsp (whichever you have)
- Tomato sauce 3 tsp
