Chicken Cigar Rolls
Chicken Cigar Rolls is an Indo-Chinese recipe which can be made very easily at home. Many people make this recipe at the time of Iftari in the holy month of Ramzan. It can also be prepared and stored. By doing this, it can be made again and again. The hard work of cooking can be avoided and it is enjoyed with Schezwan sauce or tomato sauce and mayonnaise.
Let’s see Chicken Cigar Rolls
Wash the chicken mince and add ginger garlic paste, salt, chili flakes and black pepper powder.
Now add soya sauce, chopped green chillies and cheese (add anything as per your choice) and mix them all.
Cut green onion, wash it and mix it with chicken. If green onion is not available then use normal onion.
After mixing all the things well, apply some oil on your hands and take a chicken mixer and slowly make it long like a kebab but do not make it too thick. Now place this thin kebab on a square sheet (spring roll sheet). Keep it aside and fold it gently to cover it. Lastly, make a paste by adding water to the flour or flour and apply this paste at the end of the sheet and cover it.
If you want, you can store them separately in a tray and freeze them for some time, when they become tight, take them out, put them in a ziplog bag and freeze them, then take out the food some time before and keep it outside.
Heat oil on medium flame and fry till it turns light brown. The oil should not be too hot otherwise the chicken cigars will remain raw from inside and will get burnt from outside due to which the taste will not be good.
When it becomes light brown, take it out from the oil and serve it with sauce and mayonnaise.

Ingredient –
- Chicken – 250 grams
- Chili Flakes – 2 tsp
- Salt as per taste –
- Black pepper powder – 1/4 tsp
- Ginger garlic paste 2 tsp
- Soy sauce – 1 tsp
- Cheese – 1/4 cup or (more or less as per your choice)
- Green onions – 2 or (normal onions)
- Finely chopped green chillies – 2
