Chicken Lolipop
Hearing the name of Chicken Lolipop, people’s mouth often starts watering. This is a crispy, juicy and very popular snack recipe. This recipe can be given a restaurant like taste at home also.
People who are fond of eating nonveg must have eaten it many times. It can be served as a starter in a party, children like its delicious taste and this recipe is also very easy to make.
Let’s see the recipe of Chicken Lolipop –
First of all, wash the chicken lollipops thoroughly. To marinate the chicken, take corn flour, flour, food colour, salt, ginger garlic paste, Kashmiri red chilli, black pepper powder and egg. Mix them all well and keep aside for some time. Keep it in the fridge .
When the oil is heated to normal temperature in the pan or pan, add the chicken lollipops one by one and fry them.
After the chicken is fried, mix soya sauce, Schezwan sauce or Schezwan chutney, tomato sauce, vinegar and red chili sauce in a small bowl . Take one spoon of oil in a pan, add the mixed sauce and stir for 1 minute. Add fried chicken and mix well. Add finely chopped green onions on top (this is optional).

- Chicken 500 grams –
- Flour-2 tbsp
- Corn flour – 1 tbsp
- Egg – 1
- Ginger garlic paste – 2 tsp
- Salt – as per taste
- Kashmiri red chilli powder 1 tsp
- Black pepper powder – 1/2 tsp
- Food color 1/4 tsp
- Soy sauce – 2 teaspoons
- Tomato sauce 4 tsp
- Vinegar 1 teaspoon
- Red Chili Sauce 1 tsp
- Vegetable Sauce or Vegetable Chutney – 2 tsp
oil for frying
