Chicken Nuggets
Chicken Nuggets is a tasty and fun snack which is everyone’s favorite. From children to adults, everyone likes to eat it with great pleasure. When given to children in their school lunch box, children happily eat it hot during evening tea. What to say if you get nuggets. Making nuggets is very easy, you can make many nuggets and freeze them.
Whenever you feel like taking it out from frozen, enjoy fried and nuggets.
Let’s see the recipe of Chicken Nuggets
Cut the boneless chicken into small pieces and grind it in a mixer grinder. Also remove the edges of the bread and grind it finely. Add ginger, garlic paste, soya sauce, black pepper powder, red chili powder and salt. Do it one more time and run the mixer so that everything gets mixed well. Once mixed well, add some oil and spread it with hands.
Now shape the nuggets as per your choice – triangular, square or any other shape. Now add some milk to the egg and beat it.
Put the bread in a mixer and grind it i.e. make bread crumbs (if you want, fry the bread crumbs in a pan on low flame) otherwise use it as is, first coat the nuggets well in egg (deep ) and then coat it well in bread crumbs.
You can also deep freeze it for a few days , after coating the egg and bread crumbs, keep it in a tray or pallet in the deep freezer for some time , take it out when it becomes tight and put it in a zip bag or air tight container. Keep it whenever you feel like taking it out a little before frozen and fry it when the oil is hot.

- soy sauce 1 tbsp
- salt as per taste
- Ginger garlic paste 2 tsp
- chilli powder
- black pepper powder 1 tsp
