Clean and wash the meat thoroughly, heat oil in a bowl and add cumin seeds.
Add onion and tomato paste too, after cooking for 3 to 4 minutes, lower the flame and let it roast for some more time.
Add ground coriander, turmeric, salt, ginger garlic paste, garam masala and chicken masala and let it roast on a low flame.

- 1 tablespoon minced garlic
- 1 ½ teaspoons minced fresh ginger root

- 1 teaspoon ground cumin
- 1 teaspoon ground turmeric
- 1 teaspoon ground coriander
- 1 teaspoon cayenne pepper
- 1 tablespoon water
- 1 (15 ounce) can crushed tomatoes
- 1 cup plain yogurt
- 1 tablespoon chopped fresh cilantro
- 1 teaspoon salt
- ½ cup water
- 1 teaspoon garam masala
- 1 tablespoon chopped fresh cilantro
- 1 tablespoon fresh lemon juice
