If you want to eat something new then try Chicken Rice. In this, chicken is marinated and then fried and this tasty dish is prepared by adding boiled rice, fried chicken and eggs in the roasted spices.
Let’s see the Chicken Rice recipe
Cut the chicken into small pieces, around half an inch in size. Mix corn flour, garam masala, turmeric, salt, ginger garlic paste, food colour, red chilli powder and Chicken 65 masala or tandoori masala (whichever you have) well in the chicken.
When the oil in the pan is medium hot, add the chicken pieces one by one and remove from the oil when they turn light brown.
Soak the Basmati rice for an hour before. Put rice, water and salt in a pot . Keep the water 1 inch above the rice. Keep the flame of the gas on full. When the water comes below the rice, i.e. when 30% water is left in the rice, reduce the flame of the gas for 10 minutes , i.e. keep it on dum. When the rice is cooked, turn off the gas.
Cut both the parts of spring onion separately (white part and green part separately). Also chop normal onion finely (omelet cut). Heat the oil in which chicken was fried in a bowl and put both the white parts in the oil leaving the green part. When they become soft, add chopped tomatoes.
When the tomatoes start becoming soft then add ginger-garlic paste, salt, curry leaves, turmeric, red chilli powder, cumin, coriander powder (make a paste by adding water to all these spices) and fry while stirring on low flame , once the masala is fried, add beaten eggs and stir.
Now add capsicum and let it cook on low flame for 3 to 4 minutes. Add fried chicken also.
Add boiled rice and remaining green onion (green part). Add red orange color or lemon yellow color on top and mix everything well.

- Food colour 1/4 tsp
- Corn flour 4 tsp

- Onion 2 (finely chopped)
- Spring onions 200 gms
- Tomatoes 4
- Salt to taste
- Turmeric 1/2 tsp
- Red chilli powder 1 tsp
- Ginger garlic paste 2 tsp
- half cup curry leaves
- Cumin seeds 1 tsp
- Coriander powder 3 tsp
- Eggs 5
