chicken Samosa recipe is a name that makes your mouth water on hearing it. It is a staple street food of India. With a crispy outer layer made of refined flour and a delicious filling inside, Samosa is an absolute favorite snack for all.

Nowadays samosas are available in every street and nook in India and many varieties of samosas can be seen in the biggest restaurants. The variety of samosas started increasing on the tongue of the people, many types of samosas started being made like- chicken samosa, potato samosa, chowming samosa, minced samosa, mix veg samosa, gram dal samosa, all these samosas started being made.

The name of samosa comes from the Persian word, after making samosa according to the taste of India, it became the first fast food here, which people liked very much.

The story of potato in potato samosas tells a different history. In the sixteenth century, the use of potatoes in samosas started when the Portuguese brought potatoes with them.

For light hunger in the evening or when you feel like having some snacks with tea, then the name of Samosa comes to your mind.

Let’s see the recipe of Chicken Samosa –

First of all, cut the chicken into small pieces and mix curd, red chili powder, ginger garlic paste, chicken tandoori powder, masala salt, food color, crushed green chilies in it.

Place a coal in a small bowl on the gas, put coal in a small bowl and immediately cover it with some oil or ghee so that the smoke settles in the chicken and the smoky flavor comes, cover it like this for 15 to 20 minutes. Put a little oil in a pan and cook the chicken for at least 10 minutes, drying the water of the chicken and drying it.

After the chicken is dry, add capsicum, green onions and cook it for 2 to 3 minutes. Cut both the white and green sides of the green onions. Don’t put green coriander too.

After mixing well, take a little paste in the strip of samosa and give the shape of samosa by meeting one corner with the other corner.

Make a paste of flour and water in a bowl, apply this paste on the last corner of the samosa and pack it well.

Samosas are ready, now heat oil in a pan and fry as many samosas as you want, you can freeze the remaining samosas, keep these samosas in a plate or tray for 1 to 2 hours in the Frozen Fridge, now take them out and zip lock them. Put it in a bag or airtight container.

Whenever you want to eat samosas, take them out from frozen 1 to 2 hours before frying and fry them, you will feel like they have just made ‘fresh’

  • Green onions 100 grams
  • Capsicum 100 grams
  • Flour 2 tsp (paste made)
  • Oil
