Cut the boneless chicken into large pieces and wash them well, add ginger garlic paste, salt, soya sauce, curd, black pepper powder, cumin powder, red chilli powder, food colour, garam masala powder and vinegar or lemon juice (both Whatever you have) add all these to the chicken and mix well and keep it in the fridge for 1 to 2 hours. If you are short of time then keep it for half an hour.

Take 2 tbsp oil in a pan and add marinated chicken. Do not add water as chicken and curd release their water. Melt the chicken while stirring and let it cook for a few minutes so that the chicken gets cooked well but keep stirring in between. |

 

 

 

Place the chicken balls on the grill net and roast them on the gas. This will give the chicken a smoky flavor. When it cools down, cut the chicken balls into small pieces with the help of a knife. There will be some masala left in the pan in which the chicken was roasted. Fry the cut chicken pieces in the pan for one to two minutes so that the spices get mixed with the chicken.

 

 

 

To make red orange chutney, soak dried red chillies in water for some time, add garlic clove, salt, lemon juice and tomato sauce, add a little water to all these and grind them in the mixer.

To make white sauce, mix curd, fresh cream and mayonnaise.

 

 

 

Add salt, curd, baking soda, baking powder and one teaspoon oil to the flour (if you want, you can take half flour and half flour) and mix it. Now add water little by little and knead it. After 15 to 20 minutes, make parathas or Make whatever roti you like.

 

 

 

First of all, apply white sauce all around on the paratha or roti, apply red orange chutney on it, place chicken lengthwise in the middle of the paratha, put salad on top of it and white sauce on top.

 

 

 

Fold the paratha and wrap it with tissue paper using a blunt pick.

In salad, chop carrots, capsicum, cabbage, cut onion into rounds and finely, add vinegar and salt.

For chicken marination

  • Chicken 500 grams
  • Black pepper powder 1/2 tsp
  • salt as per taste
  • Red chilli powder 1 tsp
  • Vinegar or lemon 1 tbsp
  • soy sauce 1 tbsp
  • Ginger garlic paste 1 tbsp
  • curd 2 tbsp
  • food color 1/4 food color
  • Garam masala 1/2 tsp
  • Cumin powder 1/2 tsp

Red Orange Chutney –

  • Dry red chillies 4 to 5 (soaked for 15 minutes)
  • Garlic cloves 4 to 5
  • salt as per taste
  • Lemon 1/4 (1 tsp)
  • Tomato Sauce 4 tbsp

White Sauce –

  • curd 2 tbsp
  • Fresh cream 2 tbsp
  • mayonnaise 4 tbsp

Flour –

  • Flour 250 grams or (flour and flour)
  • salt as per taste
  • baking soda 1/4
  • baking powder 1/2
  • Curd 3 teaspoons
  • oil 2 tsp
  • Water

salad –

  • Carrots 2 finely chopped and lengthwise
  • finely chopped cabbage
  • 1 capsicum finely chopped
  • 1 onion finely chopped and round
  • 1 tsp vinegar
  • salt as per taste
