Chilli Paneer 

A Chinese and Indian dish known as chilli paneer has gained popularity in India after arriving there from China. It is a tremendous delight to consume this dish. Due to the inclusion of paneer and vegetables, it is also nourishing. This meal can be served dry or with food, and it can also be eaten for breakfast.

Let’s see the Chilli Paneer recipe :

 

 

 

In a bowl, combine corn flour, all-purpose flour, salt, and red chili powder to form a paste. Add paneer and combine before marinating. Fry paneer chunks in hot oil in a nonstick pan. One by one, fry. Cut the onion thickly and divide it, then finely chop the ginger, garlic, and green chilies. Add 2 teaspoons of corn flour to 2 tablespoons of water in a bowl.

 

 

 

Finely chopped garlic is fried in hot oil for one minute, followed by ginger, green chile, onion, and capsicum. Salt (the sauce already contains salt, so use less) and black pepper powder are then added.

Add soy sauce, green chili sauce, red chili sauce, or (create a paste by adding water to Kashmiri red chili) after cooking for 4 to 5 minutes while stirring add vinegar, tomato sauce and stir well, after stirring for 4 to 5 minutes, add corn flour mixed in water and keep stirring, after stirring for some time, add paneer and mix well. Lastly, add finely chopped green onions.

Chilli Paneer ingredient :

  • Paneer 250 grams
  • capsicum 2
  • spring onions
  • salt as per taste
  • Corn flour 4 tsp ( 2 tsp gravy – 2 tsp paneer in marinate )
  • Flour 2 tsp
  • Red chili powder 1/2 tsp
  • onion one small
  • Green chili sauce 1 tsp
  • Vinegar 1 tsp
  • Soya sauce 1 , 1/2 tsp
  • Tomato sauce 3 to 4 tsp
  • Black pepper powder 1 tsp
  • Ginger finely chopped 1 inch piece
  • Garlic finely chopped 12 to 15 cloves
  • Green chili finely chopped 3 to 4
  • Oil
