Peel the potatoes, cut them into long pieces (like French fries), wash them and drain the water thoroughly, now add corn flour, flour, Kashmiri red chilli, salt, soya sauce, food colour, ginger garlic paste, vinegar to the potatoes. Add all these and mix them. When the oil is hot in the pan, add the potatoes one by one and fry them. Do not fry the potatoes too much because before serving the potatoes will have to be fried one more time to make them crispy.
Add finely chopped garlic, ginger, green chillies and onion in a pan, heat one tablespoon of oil and cook till it turns light brown, add chopped capsicum (red, yellow or green whatever you have) and thickly chopped Add onion and cook for 3 to 4 minutes on full flame.
Now add red chilli sauce and also add some water (one tablespoon). Now add salt, green onion, vinegar, soya sauce, tomato sauce and corn flour paste. (Make a cut paste by adding water to half a teaspoon of corn flour) Put all these and cook for 3 to 4 more minutes.
Now put the fried potatoes in it (after frying the potatoes for the second time) mix it well.Chilli Potato is ready

- Potato 4 normal
- Onion 1 (half finely chopped + half thickly chopped)
- Ginger 2 inch finely chopped
- Garlic 12 to 13 buds finely chopped
- Green chilies 3 finely chopped
- Kashmiri red chilli 1 tsp
- Ginger garlic paste 1 tsp
- capsicum 1
- salt as per taste
- Soya sauce 1 tsp
- Red chilli sauce 1 tsp
- Vinegar 1 tsp
- Tomato sauce 1 tbsp
- Corn flour 5 teaspoons
