Desi Ghee Recipe
Put 2 glasses of water in the cream and run the hand blender for some time. In a short while, butter and water will separate from the cream. Separate the butter with your hands.
Put butter little by little in the pan or vessel on low flame and keep stirring, otherwise ghee will come out when it boils.
Once the ghee is ready, turn off the gas and once it cools down, filter it.
