Fish Fry
Let’s take a look at how to make Fish Fry:
Clean and wash the fish thoroughly. Apply lemon juice, salt, and turmeric powder to the fish and marinate it for 1 hour.
In a bowl, mix coriander powder, red chili powder, turmeric powder, corn flour, and green chili-garlic paste. Apply this spice mixture to the fish and marinate for at least 15 minutes.
Before frying, remove excess spice mixture from the surface of the fish. In a frying pan, heat a little oil and roast the leftover spice mixture on low heat until fragrant.
Place the marinated fish on the pan and fry them on both sides until golden brown. Check with a spoon to see if the fish is cooked and flip it over. Fry all the fish pieces in the same manner.
Once the fish is fried, sprinkle the remaining roasted spice mixture on top and garnish with chopped coriander leaves.

- 1 kg fish
- 4 lemons
- Salt to taste
- 1/2 teaspoon turmeric powder
- 1 1/2 teaspoons red chili powder
- 2 1/2 teaspoons coriander powder
- A pinch of food color (red)
- 3 large garlic cloves (paste)
- 5-6 large green chilies (paste)
- 3 teaspoons corn flour
- Chopped coriander leaves
- Oil for frying
