Gara Fali Recipe
Gawar Fali Recipe is often found in the plate of vegetarians, vegetables have a lot of importance in Indian food. Vegetables are prepared differently in every state, in this recipe we will first boil the vegetables, then fry the masala and add it and cook it, which makes it very tasty.

Cut and wash the vegetables and put them in a pressure cooker with water and let it boil once. When they cool down, take out the vegetables from the water.
Squeeze out the water from the vegetable by pressing it with your hand. Fry the onion in one tablespoon oil in a pan till it turns light pink.
Tomato, turmeric, salt, red chilli powder, cumin, ginger, garlic paste – add these spices to the onions, add some water and fry on high flame .
Once the masala is roasted, add the boiled vegetables and mix. Fry it with the vegetables on a low flame for 15 to 20 minutes . Do not add water. Keep stirring in between so that the vegetables do not get burnt from the bottom.
Once the vegetables are fried well, turn off the gas .

Ingredient –
- Cluster beans 250 gms
- Onion 2 large
- Tomato 1 big
- Salt to taste
- Red chilli powder 1/2 tsp
- Turmeric 1/4 tsp
- Cumin seeds 1/2 tsp
- Ginger garlic paste 1 tablespoon
- Oil
