Let’s see Gobhi Gosht recipe –
Put meat, onion, tomato, coriander powder, red chilli powder, turmeric, salt, cumin, ginger garlic paste and half cup of water in the cooker and cook for 2 to 3 whistles. Turn off the gas of the cooker and fry the meat.
After the meat is roasted well, add cabbage (cut the cabbage thoroughly and wash it) and green chillies and let it whistle. Mash the cabbage in the meat as per your wish. Add green coriander and serve.
Gobhi Gosht Ingredient –
- meat 1 kg
- Cabbage 500 grams
- onion 3
- Tomato 2
- Red chilli powder 1 tsp
- salt as per taste
- coriander powder 2 tsp
- turmeric 1/4 tsp
- Ginger garlic paste 2 tsp
- cumin 1/2 tsp
- Green chilli 5 to 6
