First cut and wash the cabbage, heat oil and fry the cabbage until it is 80% cooked. Fry the cabbage in such a way that it does not break.
Cut and wash the potatoes and take out the fried cauliflower and fry the potatoes in the same oil.
Heat oil in a pan, light brown the onion, add tomato, ginger garlic, cumin paste, salt, turmeric, red chili powder, coriander powder and a little water, mix all these spices and fry well after adding them to the onion.
After roasting the spices, add fried potatoes and add little water and cook until the potatoes are soft, add green chillies, chopped ginger and fried cabbage and mix well, do not stir too much in the cabbage. Now add green coriander and serve.
