Let’s see Haleem Recipe –
Heat oil in cooker and fry onions in it. When it becomes light brown, add meat and ground ginger and garlic and stir for 1 to 2 minutes. Now add turmeric powder, red chili powder, salt, coriander powder, add half a glass of water and mix it well.
Cook the meat till it melts, then open the cooker and fry it well.
Wash gram dal, moong dal, washed urad dal, malka dal, raw rice and porridge.
Take water in cooker and put bay leaves, cloves, cinnamon and cumin seeds in it. Add washed lentils, oatmeal, red chili powder, salt, turmeric, coriander powder and close the lid of cooker. After one whistle, reduce the flame and let it blow for 4 to 5 whistles.
Now add roasted meat and Haleem masala in the Dalia , if required add mint and water and mix it well, heat the oil, add cumin seeds and sprinkle it on top.
Add green coriander and fried onion (chop the onion and fry it till it turns light brown when the oil is hot) and serve.

Daleem –
- Oatmeal 250 g
- Moong dal 100 gms
- Malka dal 100 gms
- Bengal gram dal 150 gms
- Raw rice 150 gms
- Washed urad dal 100 gms
- Coriander powder 2 tsp
- Salt to taste
- Turmeric powder 1/2 tsp
- Red chilli powder 1/2 tsp
- Haleem masala 3 tsp
- Bay leaves 2
- Cloves 4 to 5
- Cinnamon 2 inches
- Cumin seeds 1 tsp
- Fry onion 1
- Oil
- Mint leaves 1 cup
- Green Coriander
