Green Onion Vegetable
Hare Pyaz Ki Sabji looks very tasty with potatoes. Hare onion is added to Chinese food, but usually its vegetable is also very tasty which we eat with roti, chapatti and puri. It is also very easy to prepare and requires very less spices. This recipe is made very easily.

Heat oil in a cooker , add coriander powder, turmeric, salt, red chilli powder, ginger garlic paste, add some water to it, make a paste and put it in the cooker and fry the spices.
Cut the green onion, wash it, add onion and one spoon water to the roasted spices, mix it and cook for two whistles. Open the cooker when the gas comes out.
Open the cooker, put the potatoes and add one spoon of water. Mix it with a spoon and give it 2 to 3 whistles. After the gas comes out, dry the remaining water in the cooker on full flame .
