Add onion, tomato and oil to the mince and cook for 2 whistles. Do not add water because tomato, onion and mince also release water.
After the gas comes out of the cooker , roast the mince on full flame, add salt, ginger garlic paste, turmeric, coriander powder, ginger and chopped green chilli (half) and fry. Red chilli powder will not be added to this mince. You need to keep as many chillies as green chillies. Add green chillies twice in half. When oil starts appearing, add some water, add remaining green chillies and potatoes and cook for 2 whistles.

- Ginger garlic paste 1 ½ tsp
- coriander powder 1 tsp
- turmeric ¼ tsp
- salt as per taste
- Ginger chopped 1 inch
- Green chillies 10 to 12 thick or (as many as you want)
- Potato 1
